
Mita Bay Hike Camp
Our intrepid Scouts went for an overnight hike to Mita Bay. We ate Navy rations, which were much better than we expected. We did some orienteering. We also played some fierce games of Taco, Cat, Goat, Cheese, Pizza.

Our Scouts spent a fun weekend at Makarau. It was the first proper Scout camp for many so we concentrated on traditional Scouting things like cooking on fires, tying knots and lashings and sleeping in hike tents. We even went for a very refreshing swim!
