It was a great day for Sunnynook at the Zone Founders Day event at Brown’s Bay. Our Keas got first place in the sandcastle competition. Our Cubs got first place in the Sand sculpting competition. Our Scouts had 4 teams in the Raft building/race competition where points are awarded for construction skills, team work and speed. They came 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th out of around 40 teams. To top it all off, two of our Leaders were awarded the Bronze Tiki for outstanding service to Scouting. Well done everyone.
