Five of our Scouts, along with two Leaders, embarked on an adventure to Rangitoto Island for Matariki weekend! We stayed in the historic 1st Devonport Scouts’ hut, which is 100 years old! Our main activity was hiking up, down, and all around the island, both day and night. We even ventured into the mysterious lava caves! On Sunday, we gave their hut a thorough clean, and our Scouts tackled the roof to help improve the tank water.
